LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER - Product Photo and Marketing

They will be responsible for producing high-quality product/lifestyle images and product videos for multiple platforms, such as the company website, social media, campaigns, etc. Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the duties of the position. onsite or off-location Manage and maintain the Studio, troubleshoot equipment as needed Video Responsibilities (occasional): Occasionally capture long and short-form video content for Production and Marketing Edit and style videos as needed to match Shannon’s aesthetics and brand guidelines Produce monthly Facebook live streams on-site in the studio Assist ambassadors with live stream and video recording setups via Zoom Video pre-production Collaborate on product, lifestyle, and seasonal campaigns for Marketing Manage expenses for off-location shoots, model invoices, and booking shoot location Manage outsourced editors on Upwork for editing projects as needed Research innovative ways to display and showcase products Skills/Requirements: Proficient with studio and on-location lighting techniques Strong color grading skills (color correction/color matching) Strong retouching skills Proficient in Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Creative Suite, Video editing, Livestream through Streamyard Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to collaborate with various teams in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Proficient with Asana, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Light Travel Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in photography or a related field 3+ years of product and lifestyle photography experience Studio lighting experience (Digital tech experience, a plus) Video experience This is an in house and full time position.
