We do require you to use your own equipment and personal vehicle, some equipment will be provided. All images and clients are the exclusive property of Powelton Digital Media Group, LLC. ● Produce real estate photos and virtual tours ● Produce real estate video (See examples on website) ● Manage multiple shoots per day ● Ensure good photo composition, angles, and positioning of the space taken ● Meet brokers/clients onsite and perform requested photo services ● Display professionalism and politeness with clients during shoot ● Label and upload images to our shared drive, the same day of the shoot ● Communicate and collaborate regularly with our management team ● Contribute fresh ideas to keep our media compelling and relevant ● 2-3 years of Real Estate Photography/Videography experience ● Required equipment: Full Frame Camera with Wide Angle Lens, Drone, Stabilizer ● Ability to shoot HDR photos ● Have a valid and up to date FAA Part 107 license (Drone License, though this may not be used due to No-Fly Zones) ● Ability to shoot videos ● Travel with personal reliable vehicle - Valid driver’s license - Insurance ● Computer with high speed internet access ● Ability to work independently ● Responsible, attentive, patient, reliable ● Professional appearance and demeanor ● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines ● Comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, and video equipment Pay: From $35.00 per hour
