The company is looking to grow a West Michigan team and an East Michigan team. The lead wedding videographer is a subcontractor role paid on an hourly basis. Lead Videographer Responsibilities: • Standing for at least 4 hours • Directing clients for posed photos • Storing videos for 2 years • Lead Videographer: reaching out to Client the Monday before the wedding date • Lead Videographer: communicating with the second videographer before the wedding about major events for the day (if there is a second videographer assigned) • Proficiency in video editing software • Lead videographers: 3 wedding seasons • Photography experience is a bonus • How many seasons of wedding experience do you have?
