WE HAVE A growing company with a highly collaborative team approach that welcomes new talent and ideas The opportunity for you to become part of the Leica community and be an ambassador for the Leica brand, a 100-year-old company with an unrivaled legacy A Leica gallery featuring world-renowned photographers The best photographic equipment in the world, which you’ll become an expert in A location in sunny South Florida Requirements YOU MUST HAVE: Retail management experience and are comfortable leading and managing a small close-knit team A passion for and working knowledge of the fundamentals of photography and camera equipment A motivating and empowering leadership style that fosters a fun, collaborative work environment A willingness to lead by example and play a hands-on role in day- to-day customer service and sales The ability to jump in where needed to support the team Verbal and written communication skills to professionally and effectively connect with customers and collaborate with teammates Confidence in public speaking and representing the brand during in-store and community events A desire to build relationships and connect with the photographic community A customer-focused and enthusiastic approach to consultive sales and service A desire to exceed customer expectations through expert knowledge, personal experience and honest advice Experience with retail POS systems, inventory management, vendor communications Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products including Outlook, Excel and Word Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills A flexible schedule YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE Proficiency in Spanish Previous experience with e-Commerce A background in writing, photojournalism or vlogging A love for dogs Benefits Paid vacation, 401k and health insurance benefits annual bonus of $5,000, based on overall performance.
