This is a hands-on, creative production role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently in the field, and understands both storytelling and client expectations. Show & Segment Production:Serve as the primary editor for Arizona Midday, delivering the daily show with clean, polished, on-brand edits.Edit both show builds and individual sponsored segments, ensuring broadcast-ready quality.Create short-form and social cuts from segments for cross-platform distribution.Field & Studio ShootingShoot both in-studio and on-location lifestyle segments featuring hosts, guests, and clients.Execute professional lighting, framing, and audio for:Host segmentsClient integrationsProduct demonstrationsBranded storytelling piecesCapture strong visual sequences, natural sound, and b-roll that elevate storytelling and production value.Client & Internal Collaboration Bachelor’s degree in journalism, film, communications, related field or equivalent professional experience.Strong portfolio demonstrating:Lifestyle or magazine-style contentBranded or sponsored storytellingHigh-quality shooting and editingProficiency in non-linear editing (EDIUS required; Premiere Pro highly preferred).Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics and visual enhancements.Strong field production skills: camera, lighting, audio.Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a small production team.Excellent organization and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.Professional demeanor when working with clients and community partners.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
