Listing Manager Position

The Listing Manager is first and foremost responsible for ensuring that all upcoming, current, and closed listings are fully managed and that the supporting tasks are executed with a high-standard of accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to work well under pressure, be very organized, and have a positive attitude. Qualifications: The Listing Manager should be willing to go the extra mile for our clients, be able to manage a listing launch timeline and adjust well to ever changing deadlines, have strong management skills, a high level of comfort when dealing with a variety of client needs and a service-based attitude. Must have a valid Real Estate License or obtain a license. MUST have your own reliable vehicle for transportation as you will travel to properties with valid driver’s license and insurance Effective in time management and is diligent and timely in completing projects Ability to manage critical project timelines and meet deadlines Able to see projects through from inception to execution with limited oversight Exceeds at managing multiple complex marketing campaigns simultaneously Strategic thinker, able to effectively formulate and execute marketing campaigns to help the team achieve its goals
