Live Video Producer 2 for Video Production Company (Seattle Area)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR An experienced Producer with at least 5 years of experience in live talk and case study style projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 5 years of experience in live talk and case study style projects; • Must understand how to lead a multi-camera live production from start to finish; • Experience producing creative storytelling packages in the field with a small crew; • Self-starter who can work effectively under deadline pressure while coordinating multiple tasks; • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong sense of how to visually tell a compelling story; • Organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail; • Demonstrated strong oral/written communication skills; • Creative problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Positive, can-do attitude; • Mentor and train junior creative teams; and • Strong references PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is preferred ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Work Environment: o Employee is generally required to work at our office in Bellevue. • Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: o This is a full-time position. • Other Duties: o Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
