Expanding and growing property management company seeking an individual to assist with our field operations positions covering the entire valley with the following duties: The primary focus of the position is to remove and install lock boxes valley wide, perform tenant move outs / move in's in conjunction with specific procedures, property inspections, spreading notices to tenants, assistance with taking pictures and videos for marketing/advertising for our online rental listings along with general field operations to company. Hourly position pay rate would pay rate would be starting at $16-$17 per hour to start with company transportation provided, insurance coverage and all fuel and maintenance covered. Bilingual Spanish speaking beneficial. Bonus if you have prior photography experience. Note that we would need to you service the entire valley, must be dependable, presentable, and good driving history.
