Logistics Specialist & Customer Service

We are a consumer electronics eCommerce company located in Great Neck, NY and seeking a dependable individual who can process order fulfillment, manage warehouse, assist with day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer services and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely manner. Work Hours: • Part time : 20 - 25 hrs/wk • Monday - Friday : 9am - 3pm (excluding 1-hour lunch) Responsibilities: • Strong communication skills both verbal and written • Creative problem solver • Detail oriented and punctual • Well organized • Exceptional time management / follow up and prioritization skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Slack, Trello, Google Drive, skilled with general operation of computers and smartphones • Familiarity with POS & CRM systems and practices • Must have sense of urgency, efficiency and ability to adapt and multi-task
