We are looking for someone who can drive out to houses in the greater Dayton area and the surrounding suburbs and take pictures and videos of properties that we are interested in purchasing. Pay: $35 per property visit (roughly about 1-2 hours of your time) Requirements: \\- Must have a reliable vehicle \\- Must be very punctual and on time \\- Must be super friendly with people and able to strike up a conversation \\- Must have flexibility in your schedule to go see properties on short notice. You'll drive out to the home. Meet the seller. A 3-minute video of the inside of the house and about 50-100 photos of the house.
