Looking for Experienced Freelance Videographer

I would like to add a 2nd shooter (videography, not photography) to my wedding videography team here in Central Oregon. Prior wedding videography experience is preferred but not required if you have enough run-and-gun experience. While I will provide some training on how I prefer to shoot events so that our styles match, you must have enough confidence in your ability to work on your own when we are shooting independently at a wedding (for example, you would shoot the groom getting ready while I get the bride getting ready).
