The Opportunity

This part-time role (Wednesday–Saturday) is ideal for a polished sales professional who wants strong income potential with a refined, relationship-driven client experience. You will work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified clients in private in-studio appointments—no cold calling or high-pressure tactics.

You will guide families, couples, seniors, and pet owners through selecting heirloom-quality wall art and portrait collections, using a proven consultative sales process where your expertise, empathy, and confidence directly impact both client satisfaction and your own earnings.

What You'll Do

Lead private, in-studio ordering appointments with warm, pre-qualified clients in a structured, professional setting.Build trust quickly by asking thoughtful questions and understanding what matters most to each family or client.Present premium artwork, wall art designs, and portrait collections with confidence and clarity.Guide clients comfortably through pricing, package options, and investment decisions while maintaining a luxury experience.Consistently close sales in a professional, relationship-based manner that reinforces our high-end brand and generates strong revenue.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 60–90 days, you are confidently using our structured sales process and conducting ordering appointments independently.You consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through high average order values and strong close rates.Clients routinely express satisfaction with both their artwork and their experience, leading to referrals and repeat sessions.You actively contribute to a polished, professional studio atmosphere and are recognized as a top performer driven by measurable results.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of proven success in luxury, premium, or commissioned sales, with comfort discussing higher-end investments.Confident, professional communication skills and the ability to handle questions and objections calmly and gracefully.A competitive, performance-motivated mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Availability to work Wednesday through Saturday in a consistent, client-focused schedule.

Compensation And Benefits

Base pay plus uncapped commission with strong income potential for high performers.Monthly performance bonuses and paid professional sales training.401(k) and paid time off (PTO).Complimentary portrait benefits and part-time hours (Wednesday–Saturday).
