Key Responsibilities: • Upselling & Closing: • Identify and seize opportunities to upsell additional services, products, or packages, driving revenue growth and enhancing the studio's profitability • Manage high-value transactions with precision, ensuring a seamless and secure process for luxury investments • Premium Service Delivery: • Offer a luxury, white-glove experience, including private consultations and customized photography sessions designed to exceed client expectations • Possess in-depth knowledge of our services, including studio offerings and customizable packages, to provide expert recommendations and personalized advice • Client Experience Enhancement: • Proactively anticipate client needs and preferences, delivering innovative and upscale solutions to enhance their overall experience • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, offering bespoke recommendations to ensure their satisfaction and delight • Engagement and Relationship Management: • Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with clients through personalized communication and attentive service • Act as the primary liaison for guests, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions that align with their unique preferences and needs • Emotional Intelligence: • Play an integral part in our guest's self-love journey • Openmindedness & a non-judgmental attitude to be able to connect emotionally with our guests Requirements
