Maintenance Machine Operator 1

The machine operator must report all necessary information to their manager and supervisor about any concerns or malfunctions which may interfere with operations or the safety of personnel within the area. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily.Conduct inspections and identify any failures that require monitoring or repair.Troubleshoot and repair the machine if any errors arise during the shift.Report to your supervisor and mechanic/technician if larger repairs need to be conducted on equipment.Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).Understanding of production procedures.
