What You’ll Do

As the Site Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of the location while leading your team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Driving sales performance and achieving revenue goals
Leading, coaching, and developing photography team members
Managing day-to-day site operations
Producing and overseeing high-quality photography/product output
Creating an energetic, positive, and guest-focused culture
Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff
Monitoring labor, operational expenses, and overall profitability
Ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience
Building strong partnerships with vendors and clients
Identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement
Managing reports, budgets, and performance metrics

Qualifications

Photography experience required
Understanding of photography fundamentals
Previous leadership or management experience
Experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
