Marketer for Law Firm

Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker is seeking a mid-level Marketer with a consultative approach to identify, drive, and support our marketing efforts. Primary focus is to work individually with every attorney on marketing efforts to drive success, while maintaining firm-wide marketing. Responsibilities Include: * Manage annual marketing plans and attorney marketing development * Create and maintain guidelines for business development based on experience year/level * Assist attorneys with development, implementation and tracking of individual business development plans * Marketing budget development and management * Manage brand guidelines and associated marketing collateral including advertising and firm collateral (website, bios, announcements, newsletters, brochures, client alerts, conference/seminar material, social media etc.) * Identify and manage vendors as needed including PR/Strategy Consulting, web development, SEO, photography, print, etc. * Event planning for firm sponsored events both in person and web-based events * Maintain current client contacts and assist attorneys with outreach and strategies to maintain and develop those relationships * Research and identify potential clients; support attorneys with RFP/client pitches * Plans, coordinates, and implements the firm’s practice groups along side attorney practice group lead * Identify and manage online directories, awards and rankings systems for attorneys including identifying new opportunities and evaluating the current rankings, manages referrals and submissions * Provides marketing and business develop support in WA, CA, and AK with regular travel to those locations.
