Marketing and Communications Manager

Sow True Seed has a small marketing budget, and so relies on creativity and innovation for effective marketing and communications. Sow True Seed is looking for an entrepreneurial minded, motivated and focused individual who shares Sow True Seed’s values and has the experience and skills to help the company increase sales while remaining committed to its core values and intentions. Support the outreach efforts of the Sales Team for other programs including, but not limited to, Wholesale and Custom Packet Printing. Support the outreach efforts of the Retail Store Manager, including marketing support for Sow True Seed’s educational workshops. With the support of the Sales Team, represent Sow True Seed at community events and agricultural conferences and coordinate sponsorship as appropriate.
