Marketing assistant needed for busy residential property management company in Chapel Hill. Offsite duties include photography, data validation at properties, and other tasks. Duties: \\- Post rental listing on a variety of sites \\- Place and pick up signage \\- Clerical duties as assigned including filing, spreadsheet maintenance, audits \\- Data entry \\- Photograph rental properties for both marketing and condition evaluations \\- Coordinate with tenants and create video walkthrough tours for prospects \\- Create mailing data base \\- Design and create marketing materials not required, but a plus Reliable vehicle a must!
