Marketing Assistant

Pacific Research Laboratories is the leader in manufacturing medical models for orthopedic and medical education. Assist marketing coordinators with various marketing duties and work in a small but dynamic sales team located on Vashon, US and Malmoe, Sweden. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Take photos and or videos of products; Crop, edit and process product photos; Link product photos in Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; Add product photos to engineering Standard Operating Procedures; Write web descriptions of product in Epicor; Update prices in Epicor; Assist marketing coordinators with promotional materials; Send marketing promotions to customers; Assist in creating catalogs and leaflets; Assist with trade shows duties; Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SPECIALIZED TRAINING REQUIRED: Basic knowledge of digital photography; Experience with Adobe Creative Suites; Experience navigating and locating files on server; Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy; Associates or vocational degree or equivalent experience; Descriptive written communication skills; Attention to detail MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT USED: Proficient with general computer use and basic knowledge of the following software and programs: Magento2, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, MailChimp, Vimeo, Hootsuite HOW TO APPLY: Candidates must complete an online application in order to be considered for this position.
