Marketing Assistant

With a growing business and multiple offices from Santa Barbara to San Diego, Seacoast Yachts is looking for a Marketing Assistant to be working out of our beautiful Santa Barbara waterfront office. We are searching for someone who enjoys boating and harbor life. This position is part-time with room for growth. Responsibilities \\- Creates/updates print advertising (board photos, gate art, flyers, brochures, etc.) weekly tasks Skills \\- Strong attention to detail \\- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills \\- Great follow-up and follow-through \\- Ability to meet deadlines and complete day-to-day projects in a timely manner \\- Ability to prioritize and multi-task \\- Works well independently \\- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruption \\- Strong computer and photography skills Requirements \\- Must be social media savvy \\- Must have experience with inDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Constant Contact and Google Drive as well as Microsoft Office \\- Must possess creative writing skills \\- Must be able to walk the marina and inspect brokerage slips, as well as climb aboard boats for photoshoots \\- Boating/fishing/diving/sailing experience a plus but not required \\- Familiar with Santa Barbara Harbor a plus but not required Education: College and/or equivalent experience Schedule: 20-30hrs/week (with opportunity for growth), must be willing to work Saturdays for now Compensation: $17-22/hr Additionally: We will need this person to become a Licensed Notary.
