This individual will be working with the marketing director while also building a strong rapport with team members. The company environment is professional and filled with creative talent. About the Role: • Data entry and maintenance of marketing CRM database • Work closely with others in marketing department to prepare fee proposals, including writing, editing, and organizing proposal materials • Prepare marketing materials for qualifications, including related projects lists, resumes, firm profile, brochures, and references • Assist in creation and production of collateral materials • Follow up on marketing correspondence by sending requested information to clients • Support interview and presentation preparation • Assist in implementation of corporate identity, direct mail programs, project photography, and advertising • Participate in and executes graphic arts projects for special projects, as needed • Plan and coordinate special events About You: • Enthusiasm for marketing and communication • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal • Outstanding track record of success with customers • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) • Experience with databases • Results driven, punctual, proactive, and focused on project completion • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent All qualified candidates please submit confidential resume to info@agency360sf.com.
