Marketing Assistant (Entry Level, Recent Grads)

Law firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support their firm. The role will support various marketing and business development initiatives by providing general administrative support to a variety of projects and working collaboratively with firm’s Marketing Department. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter with superior organizational skills to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: \\- Maintain firm’s website, including posting articles, blogs, media mentions, updating attorney bios, fix broken links/misspellings, and other requests as needed \\- Provide support with event and sponsorship logistics, including processing invoices, updating the Marketing Calendar, submitting guest names, preparing advertisements, updating sponsorships tracking database and/or shipping give- away items \\- Maintain inventory on promotional items and process orders for new items \\- Assist with tracking submissions/surveys, research/pitches, media/PR, and other ROI tracking in the firm’s project management tool, Airtable \\- Become proficient with InterAction, the firm's CRM tool and Pitchly, the firm’s experience database \\- Coordinate the firm’s client holiday gift process by setting up the form, communicating with attorneys, and processing orders \\- Coordinate attorney photography sessions with firm’s photographer \\- Prepare and distribute weekly internal e-newsletter \\- Provide general administrative support for the department and additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing Qualifications: \\- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position \\- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail \\- Ability to meet deadlines and complete day-to-day projects in a timely manner \\- Ability to interact and communicate well with colleagues at all levels, including partners, associates and other staff members \\- An eye for graphic design and experience using Canva and/or Photoshop is a plus \\- Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in MS Office; with expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Team player and a positive attitude is a must
