Do you like to work in an environment where you have plenty of opportunities to show your marketing talents/skills while you continue to learn more to benefit from our senior staff? • Proofreading, light editing and updating of existing and new documents • Creating Social Media Posts (Ideas/Content/Upkeep) - Creating and uploading social media postings to create awareness of company products and activities and tracking results • Composites/Layout as delegated and instructed by Marketing Lead and Upper Management as required. • Posting new products on company ecommerce websites as well as updating existing products • Product Photography/Editing - Light processing of photos (either stock or in- house created) for use in print, online and other uses • Provide support congruent with skills and abilities to on-going marketing projects, online webinars, etc. • Uploading completed videos to YouTube and posting appropriate links to videos on company website and other appropriate ecommerce and social media websites • File Organization/Re-Structuring - Maintaining and organizing digital marketing document files on company file servers in coordination with Marketing Lead to allow for fast and easy identification and retrieval of marketing documents • Updating and insuring the display of company news and info on office TV/Monitor screens in conjunction with HR/Accounting and other departments • Proofing any contents for final release to the publishing house (within and outside vendors) • Coordinating Live Webinars (Operating Camera + PowerPoint) Physical Demands: -Regularly required to stand -Frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance.
