Marketing & Brand Manager/Graphic Designer

Confidential Phoenix, Arizona

Duties and Responsibilities Commercial real estate firm specializing in the research, marketing, and brokerage of apartment properties throughout Arizona, the Southwest U.S., and parts of California, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position with our graphic design and marketing department. Prior experience required and this position is ideally suited to someone with specific Commercial Real Estate knowledge and expertise. • Full-time management position • In-office attendance with opportunities to work remotely • Creation of graphic design elements that will be integrated into property marketing materials such as: o Logo creation and/or clean-up o Aerial pulling, labeling, and design o Photo retouching and editing (Adobe Photoshop) o Floor plan and site plan retouching/recreation (Adobe Illustrator) o Document layout, formatting and production work (Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint) o Email and web design/coding/optimization (Constant Contact, some HTML & CSS) • Creation of property marketing materials (PowerPoint, Buildout, Photoshop) • Creation of research materials, reports and corporate collateral for print/e-mail (Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint) • Open to learning new skills and techniques and sharing knowledge in a highly collaborative environment • Interested in creating and learning more efficient work-flows for common tasks • Special projects may be assigned/available based on proficiencies or interest in learning (podcast editing, photography, workflow development, video creation and editing, etc.) • Department tasks will be trained and work handled within team-oriented approach • Timely submittal of work to Project Management Team • Timely revisions/adjustments as needed • Oversee brand strategy Experience/Qualifications • Strong internet research capabilities • Strong design skills and proficiency with the following programs in a PC environment: o Photoshop o InDesign o Illustrator o Acrobat Pro o MS Office, primarily PowerPoint o Constant Contact, HTML • Experience/proficiency with designing and coding responsive emails and web design strongly desired • Self- motivated and able to work independently • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Professional conduct and demeanor in all communications • Management of teams and people with mentorship and delegation a huge plus
