Marketing Communications Coordinator

Sarah Gallagher Studios is a growing volume photography business based in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, with four connected brands: Sarah Gallagher Studios, This One Counts, This One’s A Keeper, and This One Works. Our work combines strong photography, organized systems, thoughtful communication, and a high-touch client experience. We’re looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional who can step into a flexible, fractional role and help bring consistency, polish, and follow-through to our marketing and sales efforts. Experience in marketing, communications, sales, client service, events, or a related roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong follow-through and attention to detailComfort making phone calls and following up with leadsA can-do attitude and the ability to manage several projects at onceStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritizeA professional, warm communication styleAn interest in building and nurturing client relationshipsFamiliarity with schools, youth sports, small businesses, parent communities, or event-based businesses is a plus This is a remote, flexible role starting at approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow as the business grows.
