Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities • Marketing Coordinator: o Draft all marketing materials, including emails, blog posts, social posts, and landing pages o Use HubSpot tools to send emails, publish blogs, and post to social networks o Draft templates to use in 1:1 new customer communication o Answer customer questions, like billing, service scope, process, etc. o Escalate lead and customer questions as needed o Identify and draft new content ideas and marketing strategies o Develop and deliver strategies and tactics for inbound and outbound multi- channel campaigns including events, trade shows, direct mail, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social, website, display advertising, etc. Core Competencies • Professional, customer service mindset • Ability to write and edit • Quick learner, especially of new software and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Manage Abilities: • Manage and direct others as the marketing department grows or the use of independent consultants Nice-to-Have: • HubSpot Inbound Certification • Passion for writing and storytelling • An understanding of integrated digital marketing strategies and SEO best practice
