Marketing Coordinator

Modern is a family owned business, one of the longest licensed manufacturers on the west coast and a leader in the commercial modular construction industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: • Coordinate and execute the overall marketing plan, campaigns, marketing strategies, advertising, media relations and social media • Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, production and the design department. • Lead day- to-day management and optimization of all assigned projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Should be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently with limited supervision. • Proficiency with InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, web design and marketing email Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (including WordPress & Webflow) and CRM such as SUGAR • Knowledge of search engine optimization principles, domain, web hosting, web services industries and writing for search engines is preferred • AA, BS, or BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Journalism, English, or related degree preferred.
