Key Results Areas -Forecast and maintain quarterly and annual marketing budgets -Strategically manage and expand social media accounts and generate blog posts -Participate in ongoing website development and maintenance using BDX (Builders Digital Experience) platform -Engage in SEO strategies with outside vendor -Manage print ads and participate in creation of new media utilizing outside vendor as needed -Distribute and organize collateral -Participate with sales team to create displays and manage overall presentation at sales centers -Plan, promote, and staff special events on a monthly or quarterly basis -Photograph and scan homes for media library -Generate quarterly newsletters -Create and coordinate various award applications -Facilitate ongoing brand development and monitor market trends -Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications -Associates Degree, Vocational Schooling, or other relevant training -2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably related to real estate/construction -Understanding of strategic use of analytics, campaigns, and ad management -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -Basic photography skills -Understanding of “green” building practices or ability to quickly learn -Must complete Sustainable Homes Professional course or equivalent in first 90 days Compensation for this position is based on experience and performance.Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
