Marketing Coordinator

Key Results Areas -Forecast and maintain quarterly and annual marketing budgets -Strategically manage and expand social media accounts and generate blog posts -Participate in ongoing website development and maintenance using BDX (Builders Digital Experience) platform -Engage in SEO strategies with outside vendor -Manage print ads and participate in creation of new media utilizing outside vendor as needed -Distribute and organize collateral -Participate with sales team to create displays and manage overall presentation at sales centers -Plan, promote, and staff special events on a monthly or quarterly basis -Photograph and scan homes for media library -Generate quarterly newsletters -Create and coordinate various award applications -Facilitate ongoing brand development and monitor market trends -Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Preferred Qualifications -Associates Degree, Vocational Schooling, or other relevant training -2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably related to real estate/construction -Understanding of strategic use of analytics, campaigns, and ad management -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -Basic photography skills -Understanding of “green” building practices or ability to quickly learn -Must complete Sustainable Homes Professional course or equivalent in first 90 days Compensation for this position is based on experience and performance.
