They will be an ambassador for ATLAS – expressing the company’s vision to the riding community and growing awareness about how our products can satisfy the customer’s needs. ATLAS will rely on the Marketing Coordinator’s ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple tasks on a range of projects at one time. We are looking for a highly creative individual with graphic design experience who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media. Objectives of this Role • Lead the execution of a variety of marketing programs from start to finish to drive brand awareness, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration • Ensure all marketing efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation • Represent our company’s products by having a deep and comprehensive understanding of how our products meet customer needs • Work independently and cooperatively on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to develop innovative graphics and campaigns that meet business goals • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity Daily and Monthly Responsibilities • Manage the conception, development and implementation of our marketing plans and promotional programs, working closely with our Market Analyst to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, trade shows and other relevant events, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed while building strong relationships with key community members and providing additional sales support • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple team members for a wide range of content for magazines, social media posts/ads, forums, video ads, installation videos, product videos, infographics, dealership displays, event displays, press releases, collaborations with other brands, etc. Required Skills and Qualifications • 2-5 years experience with marketing, sales, advertising or content creation • Proven experience (academic and/or professional) with Illustrator and Photoshop as well as photography experience • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing • Willingness and ability to travel locally, national, and internationally up to 10 times per year • Mechanically minded individual who can explain our product effectively and troubleshoot customer issues and concerns • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills; great interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a small team • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that will resonate with our riding community Preferred Qualifications • Courses in advertising, graphic design, filming, video editing, public speaking, and creative and technical writing can also be helpful • Ride a motorcycle or have an interest in motorcycles and the riding community • Experience with website design • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML5 Additional Information Pay is around 60k salary and DOE All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
