Phew!..we have a lot of projects going on. It’s a lot. Some things you’ll be doing: • Project managing all Marcom jobs by owning ASANA and running our weekly Marcom meeting • Handling our print/sign production partners • Coordinating photographers with clients for shoots • Getting our booths to and from tradeshows on time and in one piece • Updating/cleaning/pulling lists from our CRMs (salesforce) • Small non-traffic projects like updating website photo galleries and ordering company SAWG • Providing our Marketing & Creative Director with chocolate and dad-jokes Good news is that we’re a really fun bunch of hard working treehuggers. We want to do good, and we believe that starts with how we treat our people and planet. We want to hear from all of you, but we won’t be able to respond to every inquiry because we need this Marketing Coordinator position to remind us.
