Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer - Commercial Real Estate Office

General Job Description: Successful Marin County commercial real estate office seeks a highly organized, detailed, and creative Marketing Coordinator for a busy sales staff of 4-7 salespeople. This position inside our office, and manages the marketing efforts of a group of real estate agents and the Company and help expand their presence in the marketplace. Responsibilities: • Gather images and content to design and create marketing materials following the company’s branding guidelines and templates including brochures, presentations, slideshows, signage, digital content, and other materials • Work with agents to create their quality brochures, flyers, opinions of value, direct mail postcards, ads and marketing materials • Design and build email templates for agent’s email campaigns • Work with CEO and SVP to maintain and update the company’s website • Maintain company’s presence on real estate sites including LoopNet • Create floorplans and site plans • Create beautiful property photographs • Run Reports – comps, properties for sale and lease etc for meetings and agents as needed • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence; write copy and find/edit images and video. • Assist with agent onboarding including business cards, resumes, signage etc. • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve • Detailed orientated • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment with key staff and outside vendors • Motivated self-starter and able to work independently • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines • Customer service orientation, Positive and friendly demeanor Please submit resume with work experience and qualifications in pdf format.
