Marketing Director

The Redmond Chamber of Commerce and CVB seeks a dynamic, self-motivated individual to propel the Chamber, its members and the Redmond community forward. As Marketing Director with the Redmond Chamber, the selected candidate will have the ability to drive the voice of the Chamber and tell the “Redmond story”. Candidates must be innovative, thrive in a high paced, multi- tasking office, juggling multiple projects and timelines. The Marketing Director carries out the marketing and promotional duties both for the Business Advocacy & Networking side of the organization, as well as the Tourism Promotional side of the organization, crafting high quality collateral that promotes Redmond as a compelling destination for visitors and business owners. Ideals candidates should have: • Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop) • Experience with Photo / Video Equipment • Knowledge of compelling story-telling means and methods • Deep knowledge of Social Media platforms & scheduling tools with growth in mind • Professional Graphic Design ability • Artistic ability to create marketing materials formatted correctly for media • Ability to Identify proper marketing channels for various campaigns while considering budgets and trade agreements • Professional detail oriented demeanor expressing Redmond’s assets, understanding vendor/client needs and creating thoughtful agreements between our vendors and clients Duties Include: • Design & Production of the Monthly Redmond Business Newsletter.
