Marketing Director, Neurofield Inc. Reports To: CEO & CFO Full-Time Position Job Overview: The Communications & Marketing Director oversees the external messaging of three companies and is responsible for creating and maintaining all marketing and public relations for these three: Neurofield Neurotherapy (the clinic), Neurotherapy, Inc. (the hardware/software company) and the School of Neurotherapy. Lastly, this position will involve the management of the School of Neurotherapy, an online curriculum. This position is one that requires a self-starter with vision, initiative, and a cultivated skill set. Responsibilities and Duties: Update and maintain all three websites: neurofield.com, neurofieldneurotherapy.com, and schoolofneurotherapy.com Manage online user experience for School of Neurotherapy Update existing social media accounts and create new posts Create print materials, including brochures, pamphlets, mailers etc. ), maximize outreach of the three companies Accompany colleagues to conferences, staff the booth, present on the NeuroField equipment and trainings Prepare press releases Communicate with customers and clientele on an as needed basis Organize annual Neurofield Conference in concert with CEO Manage all lodging reservations for trainings Procure all vendors and caterers for trainings Manage School of Neurotherapy, including Responding to contact form submissions, email inquiries and telephone calls related to the School of Neurotherapy Troubleshooting issues for student/customers Processing and submitting CE applications Booking guest speakers Ensuring product listings are current including regularly updating school website Promoting upcoming classes via email marketing, advertising and social media Scheduling Zoom meetings for class presentations and distributing video replays Maintaining Vimeo video library Updating and maintaining links for school website Client communication Website updates Promotions Qualifications: College Degree in Related Field Higher level degree (grad school) a plus 2+ years work experience preferred Excellent spelling, grammar, and persuasive skills Motivated self-starter with plenty of ideas Experience with Adobe software and digital design (Adobe Creative Suite, i.e.; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) Experience developing and maintaining websites Familiarity with marketing software Strong Customer Service skills Advanced Computer Skills (MailChimp, Sprout Social, WordPress, LiveEdit, Familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus) An eye for taking good photos and/or photography skills (DSLR photography, Photoshop, Lightroom) Familiarity and comfort with videography equipment (DSLR video production) Experience with editing film and making it web-ready (via Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience with Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms Familiarity with neuroscience a plus Google Analytics Experience deploying digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Social Platforms) Detail–Oriented Comfort with Mac and PC Remaining up to date with all online print, branding, digital marketing and media trends Compensation: 70k- 90k annually, with opportunities for year- end bonuses 401k option after 1 year of employment Job Type: Full-time Santa Barbara, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Marketing: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: One location
