In addition to typical sales and marketing work, the role will also be responsible for supervising hourly employees, and administrative tasks for the assigned area of responsibility. • Collaborates with sales to ensure a high quality of sales support in terms of new product/market introductions, sales training programs with regular communication both responsive as well as proactive • Manages, plans and directs: all events, seminars, trade shows and special events for the Company • Oversee all market research activities • Work with our sales representatives and or sales agencies daily • Management of all seminars and events activities • Works closely with sales agencies and representatives regarding sales and marketing promotions, literature and related tools • Arranges and oversees all travel and hotel accommodations for staff members and participants attending shows and seminars • Manages Marketing Department Employees including: all disciplinary actions, laws and regulations are being met as required by law and schedules all lunch and breaks for Department employees. • Must have a sense of urgency with all tasks • Must be thrifty & economical with Company resources • Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment. • Responsible for all literature orders and direct mail of information and brochures. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills required • Must be very detail oriented, and have ability to set priorities through team in a deadline driven environment • Leadership and Management Skills • Organization and strong time management skills required
