Marketing Manager - Aslan Brewing Co.

With help from the Director of Marketing, you’ll put together new strategies to promote Aslan in unique and creative ways, helping differentiate our brewery from others and build a stronger connection to our customers. Key Responsibilities: \\- Manage the planning, communication, and content creation for the Aslan Brewing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok \\- Craft all parts of content creation, including copywriting, photography, and community engagement \\- Nurture and grow social communities across all social channels \\- Provide guidance and support to the Aslan Seattle and Aslan Depot social account managers when needed \\- Maintain daily communication with customers across direct messaging on social media accounts and info@aslanbrewing.com \\- Launch new marketing, campaigns, program, and channels to engage with new customers \\- Capture product and lifestyle photography for our website and socials platforms \\- Write and curate long-form content for blog posts and our monthly email newsletter \\- Ensure all Aslan messaging is consistent with Aslan’s brand voice, style, and tone. Requirements: \\- Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred \\- 2+ years of experience creating marketing campaigns for a brewery or lifestyle brand \\- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills \\- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) \\- Strong Product and Lifestyle Photography and Videography experience \\- Ability to generate quarterly marketing reports highlighting KPIs across Google Analytics and Instagram/Facebook Analytics \\- Proven record of bringing ideas to life \\- Strong understanding of the Social Media landscape and emerging trends \\- A passion for craft beer and of the craft beer industry If you would like to apply, please reply to this posting via email with your resume and cover letter!
