Marketing Manager - Cannabis Industry

Our company is seeking an experienced marketing manager. We are seeking a candidate who can assist with marketing material development, web design, multimedia design, and brand identity. An ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design portfolio that displays experience in all types of art direction. From brand identity (corporate identity, corporate logos, or company logos) to product packaging. • Social media: 1 post per account and 3-5 stories daily, manage DMs for Instagram/Facebook • Manage Google accounts; reviews and comments • Yelp page maintenance and responding to comments • Design for giveaways and also including coasters, banners, and flyers • Manage design of online ordering for Dutchie and Weedmaps • Corporate branding for business cards, email signatures, letterheads, and memos • SEO management including blog posts (1 per week), headers, events, and photography • Prepare and report marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success • Coordinate events and event planning for trade shows, pop-ups, and in-store partnerships • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions • Perform retouching and manipulation of images • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software • Travel regularly to retail stores in Denver, occasional travel to other areas may be required • All other duties as assigned Marketing Manager Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in marketing • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, and other graphic design software • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks • Excellent eye for detail and comfortable doing whatever it takes to get the job done • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills • Practical, common sense approach to completing deliverables
