Manage the planning & execution of marketing to increase charter & retail sales, including branding, market research, pricing, advertising, social media, content creation & public relations. We operate multiple charter businesses in West Hawaii including SCUBA diving, snorkeling, sailing & associated retail. Marketing messaging to communicate our dedication to the environment, safety & our local community. Marketing manager will report directly to the business owner & work with retail & operations managers on a daily basis. Requirements: Outstanding communication skills Minimum 3-4 years sales & marketing experience 2-3 years experience in Hawaii or the dive industry is preferred Resident of the Big Island Experience with Adobe software, social media scheduling tools, email marketing tools, photography, design, & Wordpress is strongly preferred Salary pay depending on experience.
