Marketing Manager & Restaurant Administrator- Green Sage Cafe

The Marketing Manager/Restaurant Administrator is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company while ensuring brand protection with an emphasis on digital marketing. The marketing manager/restaurant administrator should expect to assist with admin tasks within the home office as well. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains a strong and consistent media presence via social media, website, and customer newsletters Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of Green Sage products or services Assists the CEO with the development and implementation of marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans Reports customer review results to management, addressing any questions or concerns directly with the customer in a timely fashion Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget Photographs food and restaurant atmosphere for use in our online content Effectively executes cafe merchandise and visual layouts in our locations (i.e. making signs, menu board design, orders GS merchandise and memorabilia, etc…) Creates and maintains positive relations with our vendors and our community Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends Assists with development of the Green Sage ordering website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy Manages our Customer Loyalty Program Works with the Operations Manager to ensure that cafe General Managers are complying with marketing standards in their cafes Performs other related duties as assigned by the CEO Keeps our POS and online menu updated and makes necessary seasonal changes in a timely manner Helps with hiring and recruiting and builds positive company culture within the home office and beyond Successfully works to showcase our sustainability efforts and helps grow community perception of the Green Sage brand as Asheville’s greenest restaurant.
