Marketing Project Manager

This individual must be a workhorse who works well with flexible-minded people, EXTREMELY organized, and EXTREMELY good with technology. Qualifications and Job Details Bachelor's degree required 1+ year of marketing experience 2-5 years of project management experience Extremely proficient in Excel; talented in GSuite, Powerpoint, Word, Adobe Suite, and many other cloud-based software programs Extremely strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail Situationally aware and adaptive to the energy or urgency of the moment Highly focused with impressive follow-up skills Able to “manage up” effectively to be sure objectives are achieved Very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders as well as know how to read a room and match the tempo In the summer months, some weekend work is required Full time/Year-round Salaried compensation - commensurate with skill and experience Health Insurance 401K with Employer Matching - the Company matches 100% of all employee 401(k) contributions, up to 3% of their compensation, plus a 50% match of the next 2% of their compensation 2 Weeks Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Off Why work at Del Mar?
