Some weeks could be 10 hours, and other weeks could be 30. Depending on the demands of the brew team, the taproom, and the market, the marketing support team member could be working on any one of those responsibilities listed above. Being able to appropriately assign cost/benefit for each responsibility, prioritize accordingly, and adjust flexibly between projects as the demand requires each day is a must. Initially, the Marketing Director will assign particular projects, but eventually demonstrating an ability to prioritize and work efficiently with good, quality, attention-to-detail output will earn you an opportunity to replace the Marketing Director in the Spring or Summer of 2021.
