Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a located in Tallahassee, FL. The Marketing, Senior CSR & Photography Manager will serve customers, develop community, partnerships and plan and organize events to foster engagement. Responsibilities include managing communication across community and social media channels, developing content to promote community activities, collaborating with store team, and outreaching and serving customers promptly and professionally. Responsible for Hearth & Soul brand photography, managing Brand Photographer.

Qualifications

Strong communication, public speaking, and customer service skillsProficiency in Social Media Management and Content CreationExperience in Event Planning, Community Engagement, and NetworkingOrganizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyPassion for building and fostering relationships within the communityProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalismExperience in leadership, hospitality, or marketing is a plusBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
