-Be able to post on all social media and online platforms (Instagram, multiple Facebook pages and groups, LinkedIn, Yelp, Google My Business, Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.) -Must be proficient at Facebook and Instagram advertising. -Must possess the ability to take video and edit professionally for 30 seconds to 2 minute clips. -Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set. 2 - Email a 30 second to 1 minute video of yourself discussing your background or why you want to work in real estate (cell phone/selfie-style!)
