Summary Description: The primary responsibility of the Marketing Specialist is to assist Alliance 2020 with their marketing efforts and act as an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Assist with developing the market needs for client or company Directly responsible of any print, material, or social media publication Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets Assist in development of marketing campaigns and newsletters Assist in developing marketing flyers, ad, or other types of marketing material Photography of events, editing & retouching Blog writing / generating text content for email and marketing campaigns Develop and implementation of videos for marketing and client training purposes Social media creation and implementation Level Requirements (Minimum): Education High School diploma or equivalent required Business Degree beneficial Registered with LinkedIn and other social media outlets as requested Experience 1-2 years of experience in relevant field, customer service or client support Hubspot CRM knowledge Social Media marketing Copywriting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Adobe products: Photoshop, InDesign, Premier and Illustrator. Previous experience video editing Familiarity with Google Analytics
