Marketing Specialist – Photography, Videography & Social Media Location: Dayton, Ohio Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Occasional weekends for urgent listings/client events) Company: The Gillen Group Real Estate Team, with Keller Williams As we continue to grow and elevate our brand, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to help tell our story, showcase our listings, and support our agents through high-impact visual and digital content. This role requires expertise in photography, videography, and social media management, with the primary goal of elevating the visual identity of The Gillen Group and its agents. Key Responsibilities: • Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography for new listings, agent branding, and team promotions • Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms • Collaborate with agents to develop personalized marketing content for branding and client outreach • Coordinate and execute visual marketing for team events, open houses, and community initiatives • Maintain and enhance The Gillen Group’s visual style and voice across all digital platforms • Track social media performance and engagement; make recommendations for growth • Stay on top of current trends in digital marketing and real estate media Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Proven experience in real estate or lifestyle photography and videography • Strong social media management skills (including tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar) • A creative eye and attention to detail • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects • Experience with editing software • A professional and upbeat personality; team-first mindset • A flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekend events or urgent listings • Access to reliable transportation and professional equipment
