Marketing & Video Production Officer

Position: Marketing & Video Production Officer Type: Part-time Location: Friend Commercial Real Estate, 8436 Veterans Hwy, Millersville, MD 21108 Summary: Our Commercial Real Estate Brokerage is in rapidly growing and we have a strong desire to strengthen our digital marketing. In light of some recent investments and planning, we have an immediate need for an individual who can help us produce video interviews, perform basic photo shoots of agents/staff, as well as put together some of our digital marketing materials. This job would be perfect for a current or former student looking for a side project to help expand their resume, earn some money, and have fun. We have most of the equipment and tools to work with already. Responsibilities: • Finalize assembly of our permanent video recording studio (help hang sound panels) • Provide the technical assistance required for video and photo shoots; including: o Help plan and direct projects o Operate a Sony a6600 camera o Setup lighting for both video and photography shoots o Anticipating the needs of people for recording interviews and photo shoots • Organize and process video and photography data • Create short polished videos • Touch-up and edit photos to suit our digital media needs • Help create and edit marketing materials (such as brochures and property packages) Requirements: • Must be proficient in Photoshop and Premiere Pro • Able to schedule consistent hours to work at the office • Familiarity with Sony Cameras • Familiarity with doing digital video shoots • Able to create and expand on a vision Schedule: The ideal candidate would consistently be at our office for two 5 hour days every week.
