Our family of companies supports multiple brands and marketing channels across several markets. This role will contribute content across the organization, but the primary focus will be supporting our Phoenix, Arizona company through photo, video, and drone marketing content creation that strengthens our brand and supports continued growth. This role will focus on creating high-quality photo and video content for social media, advertising, website content, and promotional campaigns with our Marketing Team.
We are especially looking for someone with professional photography, drone experience and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including video and photo editing.This role will be part-time to full-time hours (25–40/week) with a dynamic schedule that changes based on projects and events
Responsibilities
Capture professional photo and video content on job sites, at events, and in the fieldOperate drones to capture aerial photo and video footageEdit and produce branded marketing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and content ideasOrganize and maintain digital media filesWork closely with the marketing team to support branding and advertising goalsRequirements
Experience in photography and videographyStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteDrone experience strongly preferredFAA Part 107 Certification required (or willing to obtain)Experience creating content for social media and marketingStrong attention to detail, creativity, and storytellingAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to job sites/eventsPreferred Skills
Experience with drone videography and aerial photographyExperience in Canva, Capcut, or similar preferredGraphic design experienceExperience capturing architectural, construction, or outdoor contentPay: From $22.00 per hour
