Duties • Capture detailed medical photographs and videos using specialized equipment in clinical settings, operating rooms, laboratories, and outpatient facilities • Edit and manipulate images with advanced software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One to enhance clarity while maintaining scientific integrity • Manage color accuracy and consistency across all images through expert color management techniques • Conduct post-production editing including photo retouching, cropping, and adjusting lighting to ensure images meet quality standards for documentation and publication • Film medical procedures or interviews for educational or promotional purposes using professional videography tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro • Collaborate with medical staff to understand specific imaging requirements and ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA • Maintain a comprehensive archive of images and videos, ensuring proper organization and secure storage for easy retrieval • Assist in art direction for visual projects that require a cohesive aesthetic aligned with institutional branding or educational goals • Support social media management by creating engaging visual content to promote health initiatives and community outreach efforts Your talent will help educate patients, support clinical research, and elevate our institution’s visual storytelling.
