Medspa Medical Director

Come join our brand new Medspa! We have a projected opening date of December 1, 2020. This is NOT an entry-level position, candidates without prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or medical spa setting will not be considered. We are looking for someone that can work 2-3 days a week from 10am-6pm Essential Job Functions: Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, microneedling, and other non-invasive treatments safely with excellent results Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation Conduct good faith examinations, patient consultations and provide treatment plans Assure patient and provider safety Perform before and after photography Educate patients on treatment and product offerings Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Create written protocols ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Supervise Aesthetician/Certified Laser Technician services Train and coach other providers in the practice Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management Requirements: Current, unrestricted Arizona professional license: Naturopathic physician, NP, or PA Aesthetic certification/s Must have current ARRA certification Must be experienced performing aesthetic injectables, PRP, Laser and other medspa services Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude Meticulous attention to detail Excellent customer service and consultative skills Startup minded, willingness to help with all the aspects of launch.
