Mid-Level Photographer, Footwear Photography

Role Responsibilities • Photograph high-volume PDP/product imagery with speed, accuracy, and consistency• Master lighting for all product categories• Ensure all PDP imagery meets brand lighting, styling, and composition standards• Ensure there is consistency with freelance photographer’s imagery• Assist freelance photographers in setting up sets and passing images when needed• Provide feedback and support to junior photographers or freelancers when needed• Collaborate with stylists and creative partners to execute clean, on-brand product shoots• Occasionally shoot creative assets including:o Email and marketing campaignso Social media contento In-store signage and promotional materials• Assist with lighting tests, creative exploration, and evolving photography standards• Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, delivery, and archiving protocols• Troubleshoot lighting, equipment, and on-set challenges independently• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve workflow, efficiency, and visual consistency• Maintain studio inventory and order supplies as needed )• Strong understanding of image processing techniques, including tonal adjustments, color correction, and contrast management.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment• Proficiency with Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across large sets of imagery• Ability to take creative direction while also working independently• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with creative, styling, and production teams• Excellent time management and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of Shotflow, Creative Force or other file naming programs• Experience shooting creative or lifestyle content in addition to product work• Interest in lighting development, testing, and creative problem-solving• Familiarity with brand guidelines and evolving visual systems• Previous experience in a similar roll within the women’s accessories industry The Perks URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
