The retoucher will be able to work efficiently and independently, asking questions, receiving feedback, and incorporating feedback from senior... retouchers and producers. • 3-5 years of experience at a professional post production studio that produces digital, print and OOH campaigns • 3-5+ years working with Photoshop professionally • Quality image retouching, color work and masking skills for editorial and advertising imagery • Ability to make short deadlines and manage a fast paced workflow while completing work accurately • Ability to take direction and critical feedback • Ability to multitask, lead jobs, and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Able to collaborate in a small team environment • Knowledge in art and/or photography • Strong communication skills • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred • Must be located in NYC or surrounding areas and willing to work in-studio. Candidates must be able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Salary/hourly rate commensurate with experience, in the range of $55/hour to $75/hour, this position can also be salaried.
